#Metal2Medal: update 14th April
Yesterday's training was bitter sweet. I wasn't 100% sure I was going to go, but I did, so that's a tick in the pro box!
Today’s Goals: • Make it to the pool • Make it to the pool (not an accident)
Today’s results: • 30 laps without stopping (750 yards/685m) • 8 warmdown (200yards/183m)
Total: just under 1000m
Note: today’s swimming was in a 25 yard length 100yards = 91.44 meters
Other notes: I had a stomach ache due to an infection & was starving, so am content with the results.
